100 Continues:
Go to the Options screen and play the sound numbered 0E. Exit the Options screen and press Start. Next, select your player by pressing the A Button. As soon as the character smiles at you, hold down the A, B, and C buttons until the game starts. If the cheat has worked, you will have 100 continues.
