First select medium level, then build a nuclear power plant. Next build fire and police stations. Add power and then change the speed to its fastest. When the screen turns black, Hold the L and R buttons. While Holding these buttons, change everything to zero on the tax screen. Then when the year starts over, (still holding the buttons) go back to the tax screen. Still holding thebuttons, change everything to 100% and the tax rate to 20%.When the screen turns black again, let go of the buttons and you should have a total amount of $999,999.
