All Weapons/Choose Level:
On the opening screen where you choose the mode and difficulty, press Left, Up, Left, Left, A, B, Y. After you do that you'll see a flash. Now put the mode on Normal Game and the difficulty the way you want it and press start. Choose your person and press start. Now instead of choosing your weapon, you can choose your level and stage. When you're done press start and you'll be on theweapon select screen. All you have to do is press start because you get to use all the weapons including the blueprint weapons (you still have to figure out how to use the blueprint weapons). Now you'll be playing in the level you want to with all the weapons. Also, on the training mode, you get to be the Riddler.
