How to get SS4:
Go to DU as Goku. Then make sure you get all the dragonballs, all seven. Then after you beat Broly you'll get a note from Gotenks. Before you fight them go down to the islands next to were you are going to fight them. You should see three ? then you will get SS4 for goku.
